Clipper StudioClipper StudioClipper Studio ("the Application") is a self-hosted software tool operated privately by an individual creator to prepare, schedule and publish their own short-form video content to their own social media accounts, including TikTok. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
The Application lets its operator connect their own social media accounts via official APIs and OAuth, prepare video content, and upload, schedule or publish that content as posts or drafts to those accounts. It is intended for personal, first-party use by the operator and is not offered as a public service.
The Application is used only with accounts that the operator owns or is authorized to manage. The operator is responsible for complying with the terms of service of any connected platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and for the content they upload.
When connecting a TikTok account, the Application uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content
Posting API under the scopes the operator explicitly authorizes (user.info.basic,
video.upload, video.publish). The Application acts on behalf of the
authenticated operator to upload videos and create posts or drafts. The operator reviews
content before it is published.
You agree not to use the Application to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute spam, or breach any connected platform's policies.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
